The applications of all those rıamed on the list have been approved by the respective 1993, 1994 1995 1996 and 1997 Review Committees in each year. The ICC Court of Arbitration has agreed to circulate the country lists to ali 0f the National Chambers of Commerce which are responsible tor the nomination of the arbitrators. Please contact your National Chamber of Commerce to inforrıı thr.m that the ICC has received this updated list, and to remind them of the advantages of :.;sing an engineer as an arbitrator, particularly in cases involving technical questions. Hevised lists will be submitted each year to ICC. Masters of the application forms fo; inclusion in the 1998 Update to the FIDIC List of Arbitrators, plus an example ofa filled-in form and "Procedure tor Preparing FIDIC List of Arbitrators" are enclosed for your use.
