DahasŦ, bu uzun süreli inceleme çalŦƔmasŦ göstermiƔƟr ki, havalandŦrma sistemlerinin gerçek performanslarŦ EPBD deŒerlendirme yöntem- lerinden elde edilen sonuçlarla aynŦ paralelde deŒildir. Bu nedenledir ki, mevcut yasal çerçeve ve deŒerlen- dirme araçlarŦ, kanunlara uygun havalandŦrma sistem- lerinde yanlŦƔ deŒerlendirme ve sŦnŦŇandŦrmaya yol açmakta, haksŦz olarak belli sistemleri öne çŦkarmak- tadŦr. Bu durumun düzelƟlmesi için yasal çerçevede daha fazla çalŦƔma yapŦlmasŦ ve deŒerlendirme araçlarŦ geliƔƟrilmesi gerekmektedir.
