., BRIEFS FROM IMPORTANT SUBJECTS @ıMSAD'S meeting with Non Governmental Organizations resulted in a decision of joining efforts Building Materials lndustrialists Association (IMSAD) gathered with non governmental organizations within the frame of their EUbuild Energy Efficiency Projeci it carries out to develop financing models in energy efficiency in buildings, to lay out the current position in Turkey and to form a mutual vision. "Financing of Energy Efficiency in Buildings within the Frame of EU Legislations and Legal Adjustments as well as Collaboration Between Relevant Sectors Projeci" implemented by 49 partners and participants from 9 countries, including Albania, Belgi um, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, under the leadership of IMSAD aims at contributing in developing new financing models tor increasing energy efficiency in buildings. Gathering with NGO representatives on the second ofa series of meetings to introduce the projeci to various segments of the society and to form a common sense, Mr. Hüseyin Bilmaç, President of the Board of Directors of IMSAD has said: "By joining our efforts on energy efficiency in buildings with NGO's that manage to do a great deal tor the society with their limited budgets, we shall be able to reach our goals in a shorter period. (,;,;\ "TÜYAK 2011 Fire and Safety Symposium and Exhibition" � will be held on October 13th and 1 4th. "TÜYAK 2011 Fire and Safety Symposium and Exhibition" will be held by TÜYAK-Turkish Fire Prevention Foundation and Fire Prevention Association on October 13 th and 1411', 2011, in WOW Genler, Yeşilköy, lstanbul. The symposium that will be organized by Sektöre! Fuarcılık will continue lor two days and will consist of 10 parallel sessions. Almost 3000 people are expected to join the symposium !hat will be organized to introduce new early fire, sabotage, occupational accident and environmental risks detection, warning and solution finding equipment and systems; to describe the fundamentals of new developments and design criteria suitable to up to date technology in protection and prevention, to discuss the problems, to gather the producers with the consumers, and to explain the developments in regulations and standards on the subject. @ lmportance of Measurement and Evaluation in Cooling Systems in Terms of Energy Efficiency Measurement of operational dala (such as pressure, heat, ete.) is very important lor energy studies and evaluations to be made afteıwards. The cooling fluid used in the system in excessive or insufficient amounts, is directly related to energy consumed.
